1. What this covers

Phileas ("we", "us") operates codevex.app and the AI content workspace it serves. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, and sign-in identity, held by our identity provider (Clerk).
• Content & sites you submit — sitemaps, URLs, drafts, and settings needed to provide the service.
• SMS data — your number, your consent record, message history, and opt-out (STOP) status, handled by our messaging provider (Telnyx).
• Payment data — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• Usage data — edge/CDN logs and bot-protection signals (Cloudflare, Turnstile) used to keep the service secure and functional.

3. How we use it

To operate the workspace, deliver the content you request, send transactional SMS (publish and rank-change alerts, appointment and event reminders, replies to your messages), process payments, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

4. SMS & consent

You receive text messages only after opting in (see ourSMS opt-in page). Consent is stored per-number and may be revoked at any time by replying STOP — we honor it immediately and do not text you again. Reply START to resubscribe. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Your SMS opt-in data isnever sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third parties

We use Convex (backend database and functions), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Telnyx (SMS), and Cloudflare (edge and hosting). Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under its own terms.

6. Retention, security, your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations, apply industry-standard safeguards, and — where required by law — you may request access, correction, or deletion via [email protected].

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes are announced on this page.
