1. Agreement
By using codevex.app and the Phileas AI content workspace you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact:[email protected].
2. The service
Phileas Fogg provides AI-assisted content research, drafting, and publishing for the sites and content you submit. You are responsible for the content you produce and publish and for complying with any platform policies that govern where it is published.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
- No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or unlawful or misleading content.
- Honor recipients' STOP (opt-out) requests immediately and permanently.
- Do not use the service to infringe others' rights or interfere with its operation.
5. SMS messaging
Text messages are sent only to numbers that have opted in through ourSMS opt-in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help orSTOP to cancel. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms presented at signup. Plan changes apply immediately; fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the service and software. You retain rights in the content you create. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from use of or reliance on AI-generated content.
9. Changes & law
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
